Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor for the South Bay market, covering Milpitas and nearby beauty retailer locations. The role focuses on building relationships with stores, brands and retail staff while driving productivity and sales.

This part-time position includes comprehensive training and education programs to set you up for success. Applicants should have beauty-brand experience, reliable transportation, and weekend availability, with compensation of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of beauty brand or beauty retailer experience
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty retail events
• Strong communication skills
• Professional in-store conduct and team player
• Self-motivate and work independently
• Tech skills: video calls, phone calls, smartphone apps
• Must have a working smartphone
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate the retail staff members on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Host & participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app
