Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking a part-time Retail Brand Performance & Education Growth Specialist to drive brand education and retail sales across Dallas, San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles. You will train Beauty Advisors, partner with major retailers, and lead in-store activations with a focus on measurable growth.

Role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail or brand education in the field.
• Proven ability to drive in-store sales growth.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel across designated markets.
• Residence in one of the hiring markets and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional retail education strategies to improve product knowledge and in-store sales.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for Beauty Advisors and retail leadership teams.
• Strengthen relationships with Sephora, ULTA, Macy's, and other major beauty retailers.
• Execute branded retail activations, events, launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze regional sales trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Visit stores to evaluate merchandising, product placement, and brand presentation.
• Provide coaching to improve product confidence and customer conversion.
• Submit weekly activity reports and territory updates.
• Collaborate with National Field Manager on strategy and goals.
• Travel throughout the territory while maintaining professionalism.
