Headkount is seeking a Part Time Beauty Brand Freelancer in Austin to represent multiple beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta and other retailers. You’ll enjoy flexible hours with steady W-2 pay, training and ongoing brand education, while rotating across brands and stores in the Austin market.

The role involves driving sales, training store teams, hosting in-store events, and maintaining on-brand merchandising.

Formación

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• Strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
• Drive to work independently.
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
