Headkount is seeking a Beauty Brand Freelancer to represent multiple top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta, and other retailers across Austin. This part-time W-2 role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing brand education.

You’ll drive in-store sales, train store teams on products and selling strategies, and help host brand events while keeping merchandising on-brand. Weekend availability required and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• Strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market.

Responsibilities
