Job Objectives

Maximize sales and brand awareness by providing exceptional customer care in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Offer impartial, personalized advice and expertise regardless of brand or budget. Demonstrate a passion for beauty and wellness, providing inspirational knowledge and solutions, including mini-makeovers and skincare consultations, with a focus on the customer's overall look. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience and oversee beauty department standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Engage customers, resolve issues, provide product demonstrations, lead in-store events, build relationships, and utilize omni-channel solutions.
• Operations: Achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, assist with product stocking and merchandising, ensure compliance with policies, and participate in meetings and training.
• Training & Development: Monitor personal performance, stay updated on industry trends, participate in training, and assist in training new team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 1+ year retail sales or beauty product sales experience.
• Ability to work independently, knowledge of beauty products and brands, relationship-building skills, basic PC skills, and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English (excluding Puerto Rico).

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensure as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician.
• Experience with makeup application, prestige brand sales, and beauty training.
