Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail products
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Handling cash, opening and closing the business
• Completing daily administrative paperwork and tracking goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability

Compensation: Approximately $17-$21 per hour, including base pay ($14.81 - $18.81) plus commission.
