Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
• Handle cash, open and close the business
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals

Qualifications

Compensation

The total hourly compensation ranges from $17 to $21, including base pay ($14.81 - $18.81) plus commission.
