Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Consult with customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
• Handle cash transactions and open/close the business
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours daily)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability

Compensation ranges from $14.81 to $18.81 per hour plus commissions, totaling approximately $17-$21 per hour.
