Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
• Greet guests, determine needs, answer questions, and suggest products.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with online orders.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
