Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Oregon is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting the leadership team to drive sales and events.

You will learn product knowledge, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and book appointments for services, staying informed on new products to serve guests effectively. Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to their needs, explain products and promotions, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed on new products and services and communicate benefits to guests.
