Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor who delivers exceptional guest experiences in-store, performs makeup applications, and educates guests on products and promotions. You will help maintain clean, well-stocked fixtures and support leadership with sales goals and events.

This role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to learn about ingredients and benefits of products to better assist guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
• Provide guest-friendly environment with personalized service and product recommendations.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
