Job summary

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to learn product knowledge and use point-of-sale systems. Flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology and ability to build relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to determine needs and provide exceptional service.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with cashier tasks and processing online orders.
• Support in-store events and sales goals while maintaining store standards.
