Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform cashier duties, and keep fixtures stocked and clean. You will conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires passion for beauty, ability to learn product knowledge, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a full-time store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging each guest.
• Conduct cashier tasks and handle on-line orders as needed.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise.
