Kohl's in Aurora, CO is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and a consultative approach. You will engage clients, identify their needs, and demonstrate products to showcase results.

You will maintain Sephora at Kohl's standards, participate in training, support merchandising, inventory, and store operations while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and customer service in a retail environment.
• Experience in client-facing roles in retail or service industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence customers.
• Ability to work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Assist with back stock, replenishment, price changes and freight processing.
• Coordinate visual elements and report damaged products or fixtures.
