Nordstrom Beauty in Arcadia is seeking a passionate team member to create personalized beauty experiences, engage customers, and drive sales of luxury makeup and skincare brands. You’ll build relationships and contribute to a welcoming in-store and digital experience.

A day includes makeup applications, skincare analyses, booking appointments, and supporting beauty events. You’ll stay current on trends and collaborate with the team to ensure a pristine, customer-ready department.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling with selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay informed on beauty trends, products, and brand knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by Nordstrom Rewards sign-ups.
