Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service to their needs, answer questions, inform guests about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support the execution of services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep fixtures stocked and aligned.
