Job summary

Sally Beauty is hiring a Retail Sales/Beauty Advisor in Hyannis to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, while sharing product knowledge and guiding customers on their beauty journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise for promos.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
