Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sally Beauty Advisor to guide customers through their beauty journey, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will provide expert advice and create a memorable shopping experience.

You will build relationships, highlight promotions, set up displays, and maintain a professional store environment while aligning with Sally Beauty Culture Values. Training and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
