Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, greet guests, assess needs, and guide product recommendations, ensuring every guest leaves with the right solutions.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, support in-store events, keep fixtures stocked and the store clean, and collaborate with the team to drive sales while delivering a joyful, inclusive shopping atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omnichannel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, tailor service, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
