Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assess individual needs, and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis. You will drive sales, participate in in-store events, and maintain neat, stocked fixtures while staying informed on products and promotions.

You will greet guests, build relationships, and help maximize loyalty program participation, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; process online orders when needed.
• Drive sales and loyalty program adoption on the floor.
• Adhere to store policies, dress code, and loss-prevention standards.
