Job summary

Brobston Group, representing Natura Bisse, seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at the Boca Raton counter. You will provide expert beauty consultations, build lasting client relationships, and leverage clienteling tools to personalize service.

You will collaborate with team members and the account executive to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, well-organized counter. Prior cosmetics retail experience and quota achievement are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product guidance and beauty consultations.
• Use clienteling tools to maintain client information and preferences and follow up with customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter.
