Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, perform product demonstrations, and assist with services and promotions to drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, about 1 year of related experience, and comfort using POS systems and Apple devices. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet guests, engage with them, and recommend products and services.
• Handle cash register transactions, refunds, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests.
