Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and stock fixtures while supporting store operations.

Greet guests, explain products, inform about promotions, and recommend services. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (preferred) and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong customer service, basic tech skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink control.
• Greet and engage each guest; inform about promotions; recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness, assist with merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory procedures.
