Macy's Short Hills is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, to be the trusted beauty expert customers turn to for makeup and skincare guidance. You will educate, demonstrate products, and tailor consultations that match each customer’s needs and style, building lasting client relationships.

You will contribute to a welcoming, shoppable beauty space, drive sales through personalized service, and promote loyalty benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers
• Flexible availability including weekends
• Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools
• Read and understand employment policies in English

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and makeup/skincare consultations
