Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Cosmetic Sales Colleague – also known as a Beauty Advisor – to provide expert beauty guidance and a personalized shopping experience. You will conduct product demonstrations, recommend skincare and makeup solutions, and build a loyal client base through follow-up and personalized service.

Full-time schedules are typically 30+ hours per week with weekend shifts; no evenings only. Training and ongoing vendor education help you stay current on trends and promotions to meet sales

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to read and understand English employment policies and safety rules.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships and educating customers on products.

Responsibilities
