Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly and motivated Sally Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers in our store. You will guide product choices across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and you will be trained extensively by Sally Beauty.

You will build relationships, promote loyalty, set up displays, process transactions, and ensure a welcoming store environment. This role offers flexible schedules and benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly and concisely.
• Can read and explain product labels and follow product training to support service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
