Job summary

Sally Beauty in Pleasanton seeks a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, with training provided.

You will build relationships, promote loyalty, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, complete transactions accurately, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
