Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, using product knowledge training Sally Beauty provides.

The role focuses on advising customers on their beauty journey, with training opportunities and a range of schedules to fit different needs. Passion for beauty and customer service is essential for success.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
18 years of age or older.
1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service.
Can read and explain product labels.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
