Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring a Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences and guide customers through products like hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

You will build relationships, explain promotions, and help customers enroll in the Loyalty program while maintaining accurate transactions and store presentation. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management clearly.
• Ability to translate product knowledge training into customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty while working with customers and vendors.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete cash and other monetary transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and inventory management.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values and adhere to company ethics.
• Trusted with Company Assets and Technology and maintain accurate records.
• We have a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone’s needs.
• Occasionally you may be required to make bank deposits and open or close the store.
