Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences in our Cosmoprof location in Napa, CA. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, learning through Sally Beauty’s training to become the advisor on customers’ journeys.

Build relationships, promote products, enroll customers in loyalty programs, and maintain a welcoming store environment while supporting promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
• Ability to learn product lines quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
