Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mid or entry level experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain products clearly.
• Willingness to learn about beauty products and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance the customer journey.
• Inform customers of promotions and events and enroll in loyalty programs.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Complete transactions accurately at the register.
• Maintain a clean, professional store environment and assist with inventory.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values and provide great customer service.
