Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, using product knowledge training provided by us.

You will build relationships, promote loyalty programs, and help with displays and promotions while ensuring accurate transactions and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
