Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers in our store. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nails, and act as the advisor on the customer’s journey. We train you to grow product knowledge and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while promoting promotions and the loyalty program.

The role offers varied schedules and a chance to develop in a beauty-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
