Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty guidance and a consultative approach with clients, delivering an excellent shopping experience. You will stay current on top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in the Sephora at Kohl’s department.

With flexible availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays, you will contribute to a dynamic team and maintain high standards of customer service and store

Qualifications

Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
Strong knowledge of beauty brands and trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
Complete required training to expand knowledge.
Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards, including tester maintenance and cleanliness.
Support omni-processing within the department.
Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and replenishment.
Assist in maintaining department visuals and report damaged products to supervisor.
