ActionLink is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Dyson Beauty Advisor. Picture yourself in chic environments like Sephora and Nordstrom, creating memorable experiences by showcasing Dyson's innovative hair styling tools!

Join Us: If you love hair care and Dyson’s products, we want you on our team!

Schedule and Main Locations

• 16 hours per weekend; Saturdays and Sundays; 11:00am-7:00pm
• Nordstrom in Natick and Sephora in Boston, MA

What we offer:

• $28-$30 per hour; licensed cosmetologists earn a higher rate
• Paid online training for Dyson product certification

What you will do:

• Live Demos: Engage customers with live demonstrations of Dyson products.
• Expert Advice: Serve as the go-to for hair styling questions and advice.
• Training: Educate store staff about Dyson products.
• Merchandising: Present Dyson products attractively.
• Share Feedback: Provide insights and photos post-shift for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for engaging with shoppers
• Experience in retail sales, product demos, or as a beauty advisor is a plus
• Familiarity with Sephora and/or Ulta environments is advantageous
• Ability to educate and inspire individuals and groups
• Reliable transportation to locations
• Access to a smart device for reporting
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
