Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales/promotional events.
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program and ensure they are informed.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

Physical and Legal Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally using a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.

The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Working around moving parts and chemicals may be required.
