The Cosmetic Beauty Advisor reports to the Sales Team Manager/Store Manager and ensures the consistent execution of Belk's brand standards within their store.

Responsibilities include:

1. Sales:

• Meeting or exceeding personal sales per hour goals
• Demonstrating excellent selling skills and customer service as a role model
• Executing successful promotions, events, pre-sells, and GWP’s
• Driving sales through customer clienteling
• Collaborating with store management to optimize business-to-business opportunities
• Achieving assigned sales goals
• Identifying and reducing shrinkage

Customer Service:

• Meeting or exceeding SPH and credit application goals
• Thanking customers by name after purchases
• Handling transactions efficiently and accurately
• Providing high-quality customer service to support satisfaction surveys
• Building and maintaining a customer clientele
• Protecting customer personal information

General Responsibilities:

• Maintaining store standards in presentation and hygiene
• Unpacking and storing new merchandise promptly
• Setting up promotional displays and signage timely
• Following procedures for systems, inventory, markdowns, and RTVs
• Adhering to dress standards and appearance policies
• Collaborating with team members and management
• Complying with store policies on attendance and conduct
• Performing additional duties as assigned during busy periods or by management
