Macy’s is seeking a Beauty Account Coordinator for CHANEL Beaute in Paramus, NJ. This full-time role focuses on driving sales, acting as the category expert in Cosmetics, and elevating the store experience with deep product knowledge and top-notch customer service.

The role leads Beauty events, trains staff, analyzes performance, and partners with store teams to grow business. A strong retail background in beauty and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably in beauty.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business results and identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to plan and execute events and coaching initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results (store, category, brand, product) to identify sales opportunities.
• Communicate priorities, strategies, and direction to division/store teams using written, in-person, and virtual methods.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandise Execution, Beauty Field Directors, and Store partners to drive growth.
• Lead and participate in in-store and virtual events; plan local event strategy and execution.
• Prepare for and follow up on store visits; support seasonal planning and growth.
• Develop relationships with vendors and communicate priorities and needs.
• Ensure execution of planograms and national guidelines at local stores; identify opportunities.
• Observe competitors and report findings to central/regional teams.
• Be a change agent; promote forward-thinking strategies and improvements.
• Drive customer-centric service and coaching for Beauty teams.
