Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Beautician in good standing and meet all applicable state certification requirement.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
• Completion of elementary education, ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
• Must speak and understand English
• A positive attitude towards the elderly

Responsibilities

• To perform direct patient care duties of shampoo, set and roll, dry, curl, color, press, perm, cut, all hair types; shave; pedicures; and manicures. To assist maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the residents.
• Ability to write and keep records such as logs and/ or schedule.
• The schedule is determined by a self-scheduling of designated day(s).
