Dawson and Dawson Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Care Professional to support seniors and disabled individuals in their homes on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role emphasizes companionship, daily living support, and reliable, proactive care.

Qualifications include light housekeeping and meal preparation; CNA certification is preferred. You will help with ADLs, provide meals, reminders, and maintain care notes to ensure quality client support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), as needed.
• Engage with the client through meaningful conversation and companionship. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with clients and building a positive, trusting relationship.
• Be attentive to the client's needs and take a proactive approach to providing assistance throughout the shift.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare meals according to the client's needs and preferences.
• Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules, as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including care notes, ADLs, and incident documentation.

Join our team as a compassionate and attentive Care Professional providing non-medical assistance to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes! As a Dawson and Dawson Care Professional, you will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing personalized care, companionship, and support with daily activities.

We are currently seeking a reliable, proactive, and engaging Care Professional for the following schedule:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Required Skills: Light housekeeping and meal preparation are a MUST. CNA certification is preferred.
