Job summary

Dawson and Dawson Home Care, LLC is hiring a Care Professional to provide non-medical in-home assistance for elderly and disabled clients. You will assist with daily activities, meals, grooming, and companionship to improve quality of life.

Multiple shifts available (Morning, Day, Evening, Overnight). Prior caregiving experience preferred; we offer pay differentials and a base rate determined by experience. Join our team to make a meaningful difference in home-based care.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Previous experience in caregiving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, including grooming, dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's).
• Assist with errands and light household tasks to ensure a comfortable living environment.
• Offer specialized care for individuals with conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, and physical disabilities.
• Assist with medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including care notes, ADL's, incident documentation, etc.

As a Dawson and Dawson Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with various daily tasks and offering companionship.

We are currently seeking to grow our current staff of care professionals for the following shifts:

• Shift differentials offered on a case-by-case basis and Base rate is determined based on Experience
