Molin Concrete Products Company in Minnesota is hiring for a full-time on-site role. You will assist in assembling and finishing precast beams, columns and panel beds, following project drawings and standard procedures.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and welding experience or a willingness to learn. You must pass a drug test, work first shift, and be prepared to operate a forklift if certified; union pay scales apply under Local 563.

• Assemble forms and precast components per plan drawings.
• Pour and finish concrete according to project specs.
