Job summary

Molin Concrete Products Co. is seeking a 2nd shift Union Production Laborer - Extruded at our Lino Lakes, MN facility. The role involves assembling beams, columns and panel beds, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality and safety on the production floor.

Onsite hours are Monday through Friday, 4pm–12am, with union pay scales under Local 563 agreements. Required are a high school diploma or GED and welding experience or willingness to learn; manufacturing or precast experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Welding experience or willingness to learn.
• Experience in manufacturing, precast preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret plans.
• Able to read tape measures and perform calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and construct beams, columns and panel beds per plans.
• Pour and finish concrete according to specs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; perform housekeeping.
• Read run sheets and blueprints to verify components.
• Operate forklift if certified.
• Attend safety meetings and training.
• Follow union pay rules as per CBA.
