About the Role:

I. Summary: The job of the beaming employee is to put together the materials to be processed to the customer’s specifications.

A. Duties, Responsibilities, & Requirements

• You must be able to safely lift (<) 50 LBS.
• You must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
• You must have the ability to bend, twist, crouch, and preform basic movements safely.
• You must be able to preform basic math skills to determine appropriate yardage & monitor metered yards.
• You must be able to read a tape measurer.
• A keen eye for detail to monitor, record, and alert the supervisor to defects within the fabric.
• Safely utilize a floor jack.
• You must be able to communicate clearly & effectively with the supervisor and crew members.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills.
• Reading comprehension and decision-making ability.
• Operation control, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

B. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED

• Punctuality & Attendance.
• Willingness to learn.

D. Work Environment:While preforming the duties of the job, the individual will be exposed to extreme heat and unpleasant odors in an indoor uncontrolled climate. The noise level is moderate to loud in the work environment and ear protection may be required.
