Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Epic Beaker applications support and project lead to collaborate with clinical and IT teams. You will drive development objectives, document procedures, and optimize workflows across modules.

You will act as liaison between users and vendors, coordinate testing, and oversee deployments with training and operations teams. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and basic PM skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Beaker applications/modules under supervision.
• Collaborate with teams to meet development and implementation objectives.

• Present system enhancements and technical solutions for clinic scenarios.

Job description

• Support Epic Beaker application(s)/module(s) under direct supervision


• Collaborate with application teams and counterparts to meet development and implementation objectives


• Serve as project lead for key initiatives and perform assigned project management duties


• Develop, document, and follow internal procedures for related applications and systems


• Work with requestors and users to document current workflows and propose optimized future workflows


• Present system enhancement opportunities and technical solutions for clinic-related scenarios


• Identify, propose, build, and demonstrate application configuration prototypes


• Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic applications


• Create test scripts, timelines, and plans for application and workflow changes


• Test clinical information system configuration and processes across applications


• Coordinate requestor and user testing of application changes


• Provide tier-one support remotely and in person; monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets


• Liaise between users and vendors; coordinate system fixes and application changes with software vendors


• Coordinate deployment of application changes with the training team and operations


• Perform other assigned duties
