Job summary

US Pharma Lab, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the Beads line in North Brunswick, NJ. The role covers operation, setup, cleaning, and maintenance of beads manufacturing equipment to meet quality and production targets.

The position requires linted cGMP/OSHA awareness, accuracy in batch records, and the ability to work extended hours with safety in mind. Training on multiple machines is provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Follows batch records, SOP’s, and cGMP's guidelines to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met.
• Ensures full compliance with Company policies, procedures, GMP’s, Ethical Business Practice, and SOP’s at all times.
• Ensures that product meets applicable quality standards; inspects quality during operation and performs sampling and testing.
• Completes labeling and inventory movements to ensure accurate inventory control.
• Dismantles and cleans accessories and equipment and maintains a clean work area.
• Trains in operation, cleaning and setup of equipment including upgrades; documents steps on batch records.
