Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is seeking a Director Booking for the Beacon Theatre in New York.

You will lead day-to-day booking strategy, residencies, touring shows, and special projects, coordinating with agents, promoters, and internal teams to maximize opportunities. This role requires 7–10 years in booking, strong industry relationships, and proven P&L management, with nights/weekends travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of booking or talent-buying experience in major-market venues.
• Established relationships with agents, managers, promoters, and key stakeholders.
• Proven P&L ownership and deal structuring experience.
• Strong marketing background and ability to forecast and budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with agents, managers, and event producers/promoters to maximize Beacon Theatre bookings.
• Project manage tasks from ideation to execution.
• Maintain and update active event files, tracking estimates, contracts, insurance, ticket sales, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Live bookings, Marquee Events, Marketing, Partnerships, finance, legal, and other MSGE stakeholders.
• Negotiate artist/event deals with MSGE legal team and manage production costs.
• Attend P&L meetings with Facilities and Finance.
• Develop high-level artist relationships across genres and stay current on industry trends.
• Organize meetings, draft agendas, notes, and follow-ups to complete actions.
