Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) seeks friendly, upbeat ticket sales staff to deliver accurate transactions and helpful information to guests at our venues.

You will handle sales, exchanges, refunds, and will-call distribution, balance cash, maintain ticket-system proficiency, and support group orders while representing MSG with hospitality and integrity.

• Aid in processing of group sales orders.

The ticket purchase process is often the first point of contact to the customer.Making the purchase a pleasant experience while providing accurate and relevantinformation is the first step to a positive event attendance experience. Candidatewill be friendly, upbeat, and helpful, providing customers with information and whileconducting ticket transactions in a professional and accurate manner.

What will you do?

• Conduct ticket sales, exchanges & refunds as needed

Special Requirements?

• Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extremetemperatures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

Hourly Pay Range

$40.61—$40.61 USD
