Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPhT through the PTCB or NHA.
• Registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as CPT/RPT or Trainee.
• Must upgrade to CPhT with OBOP within 6 months.
• Hospital experience is a plus.
• Formal Pharmacy Technician Training Program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill and process prescriptions and support front-counter operations.
• Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems.
• Fill medication carts daily.
• Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the pharmacy.
• Repackage bulk medications.
