Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Beach Tree Server who delivers exceptional guest experiences with warmth and precision. You will describe menus in detail, anticipate needs, and coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure timely service.

Located beachfront at Hualālai, Beach Tree blends coastal cuisine with a refined, relaxed atmosphere. The role requires hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining composure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and accurate order handling.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Describe menu offerings with engaging, detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and origins.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and respond to requests or concerns.
• Take and input orders using the POS system, coordinating with culinary and bar teams for timing.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while upholding presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively enhance it where possible.
• Prepare, present, and settle checks accurately with cash/credit handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining environment per Four Seasons standards.
• Handle challenges or guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
